  1. Order Processing:

We process all orders within 7-10 business days from the date of order. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant volume of orders, there may be slight delays, but we will keep you informed.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we ship exclusively within South Africa.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). This tracking number will typically be activated within 24 hours.

  1. Lost or Damaged Orders:

Canvas Cowboy Pets stands by its commitment to customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. To file a claim for a lost shipment, please contact us directly within seven days of the estimated delivery date.

  1. Delivery Delays:

While we can’t control courier delays, we promise to keep you updated and help you track your order until it reaches your doorstep.
